Has he suddenly lost the desire to be intimate with you and is he blaming it on stress or using any other excuse? He might be spending his energy on someone else.
Does it seem like his personality has changed? Does it feel like he does not love you anymore?
Did you find any suspicious items in his car or in his pockets?
Is he making phone calls and does not want you to hear the conversation? He could be talking to her.

These are only a few signs of a cheating husband, but once you gather enough evidence, discuss it with him and find out where the problem lies if you want to save your marriage. It's always better to try and save the marriage rather than end it.
